Our ethos is very much aligned, in so much that we value your safety as paramount – whilst we will constantly challenge you, we will never expect you to run before we can walk, and we will certainly never ‘beast’ you into submission. Why would we? We want to make sure that you enjoy your time with us and look forward to each session rather than dreaming up excuses not to show up.
